I reached out to him thinking an oil change might be too small of a job, but he responded quickly and came out to my house on our scheduled day and had it done. I also asked for a quote on a mechanical issue I've been ignoring for a while, and he sent over an invoice with labor & supplies written out clearly. He explained the process and issue to me and I love that I have a reliable mechanic to reach out to since I have an older vehicle. Would recommend!

Ernie was fantastic to have work on my son’s truck. In incorrectly identified the issue as being with the starter. Ernie showed up at the house with starter in hand, but he wanted to run tests to validate the issue. He provided a print out showing the battery was the issue. He went and got the battery and updated his quote. He only charged me for the battery and his time for installation. He was very thorough and communicative. He repeatedly said he wouldn’t want to replace something that wasn’t broken. He demonstrated his integrity throughout the whole process. We have other work to be done on the truck and we will definitely be reaching out to Ernie to perform the work.

I highly recommend Precision Mobile Automotive Repair LLC for the following reason. As a women it can be frustrating finding a honest and reliable auto mechanic. Over the last year I have struggled with finding an auto mechanic that was honest about the work my truck needed, reliable with their services and willing to work with me on what I could afford at the time. Ernie went above and beyond with the inspection of my Toyota Tacoma followed by the work it needed done. Before replacing the parts he sent over the estimate and made sure it was in my budget before ordering parts. When it was time to pick up my truck he gave me a walk through and showed me the wear and tear on the parts he replaced. Not only do we need to support small business in today's world, but we also need to support our veterans.
